What does the job as a registered nurse at Norlandia Senior Care entail?
On February 1, 2027, Norlandia will take over the operations of Björkbladet in Motala and is now seeking a registered nurse.
A registered nurse at Norlandia Senior Care is a valuable key person, and we're looking for someone who is skilled in their professional role and enjoys meeting people in various situations. Together as a team with nursing care, rehabilitation, and management, we collaborate around the residents to provide a good life every day.
The licensed nurse's specific competence is nursing care. This encompasses both the scientific knowledge area and patient-centered work grounded in a humanistic view of people. You are responsible for ensuring that our residents' healthcare needs are met.
As a registered nurse, you are responsible for and lead the nursing work. This means independently, in team collaboration, and in partnership with the resident and their family, being responsible for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. An important task is also to mentor, support, and educate other nursing staff and be a good role model for your colleagues.
You work with care in everything you do with significant personal responsibility and have the ability to prioritize and lead others even in changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial collaboration are of great importance in the role.

Björkbladet nursing home is located in the beautiful Motala Verkstad area near Borenhults locks. Björkbladet has 24 apartments with a focus on somatic care.

We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse
It is meritorious if you have previous experience as a registered nurse in senior care
You need good knowledge of healthcare regulations
You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
We would like you to have knowledge of documenting according to ICF and KVÅ
We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to our operations
A driver's license is required for some positions

Type of employment: permanent
Scope: 100%
Start date: By agreement, no earlier than 20/1
Probationary period: we apply a 6-month probationary period
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Before a potential employment, you must be able to provide an excerpt from the criminal record register. You also need to be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work in Sweden by providing proof of citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
