About the role and your responsibilities
The nursing assignment within LSS is both broad and complex.
Within our LSS activities, we work person-centered and team-based around the people who live in group homes and service housing. Here different professions and competencies meet - nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, care personnel and managers - to together create security, continuity and good quality for the individual. You also have close collaboration with primary care, inpatient care and other actors. This makes the work varied, developmental and sometimes challenging - but you are never alone.
As a nurse you meet people with acquired or congenital physical disabilities as well as neurological and mental disabilities. You become part of a team with seven nurses. Each nurse has their own area of responsibility and works primarily towards approximately 6-8 residences. You are responsible for health and medical care services in group homes, housing with special services and day activities.
In the role you will, among other things
assess, plan, implement and follow up health and medical care services
guide and delegate care personnel
work closely with care personnel and other professionals in the team
cooperate with primary care, inpatient care and other health and care actors
contribute to the development of working methods and quality in the activities
We have a structured approach to delegation. Municipal-wide training is conducted for care personnel prior to delegation.
About you
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and who enjoys combining independent work with close collaboration with others. It is a merit if you have several years of experience as a nurse. Experience in or education within psychiatry is also a merit. To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe that you

About the workplace
You become part of an experienced nursing group where there are always colleagues to discuss with and a manager who is nearby when you need support. We work daytime with weekend duty every eighth weekend as part of weekend cooperation.
