Job Description
As a nurse at Humana, you will, among other things, be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the facility's and your colleagues' skills development as you, when needed, also train and mentor care staff.
Examples of Work Tasks
Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions
Handle and follow up documentation and deviations
Participate in admissions of new clients and be responsible for delegating health and care tasks
Who Are You?
For this position, you must be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like to see that you easily build relationships and have good collaboration skills.
We Are Looking for You Who:
Are a licensed nurse
Have knowledge of documenting in journal systems (ICF or VIPS)
Possess good skills in Swedish in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have:
Experience working within elderly care or home care
Experience working with people with dementia
Experience with privately run operations
Experience with documentation work
A prerequisite for beginning employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
