Job Description
As a nurse at Humana Hägerneholm, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the organization's and your colleagues' professional development, as you will educate and mentor care personnel when needed.
Examples of Work Tasks
Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions
Handle and monitor documentation and incidents
Participate in the admission of new residents and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks
About the Position
Working Hours and Employment Level: We staff with our own nurses during daytime Monday through Sunday, and you work every fourth weekend. Employment level 100%.
Salary: Salary is determined by agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement.

Who Are You?
For this position, you must be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in this role, we would like you to have an easy time building relationships and possess good collaboration skills.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Is a licensed nurse
Has knowledge of documenting in journal systems (ICF)
Possesses good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It Is Advantageous If You Have:
Experience working in elderly care or home services
Experience working with people with dementia
Experience working in privately operated facilities
Experience with documentation work
