Are you a nurse with a strong commitment and desire to contribute to providing quality care and support to our residents? What does the work as an on-call nurse at Norlandia Elderly Care entail? We are seeking a nurse with experience in dementia care, who is confident in their professional role and wants to work weekend evenings. In the evening, you hold medical responsibility for all 40 residents and collaborate with the nursing assistants assigned to their respective units. Of course, you are welcome to be out on the units and assist as needed, but primarily you are the person who makes decisions, implements interventions, and guides the care staff when something acute occurs. About Slottsovalen Elderly Care Home Slottsovalen is a small, comfortable elderly care home for people with dementia. We have capacity for 40 residents. Our unique single-story facility in the castle pavilions of Farsta Castle enables outdoor activities for residents in the castle's courtyard year-round. We are seeking a licensed nurse. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in elderly care. You need good knowledge of health and healthcare regulations. You must have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. We would like to see that you have knowledge of documentation based on ICF and KVÅ. Additional Information Employment type: On-call position Start date: By agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
