As an ELSA nurse, you have a permanent position, but you work on different wards to broaden your expertise. You typically work for six or twelve months on each ward before you move. Placements change on March 1 and September 1. As an ELSA nurse, you are part of the ward's regular staffing during your time there, so you don't work in addition to regular personnel. As an ELSA nurse, your work is varied and suits you if you're curious and like to try new things! The role is a good fit for you if you're a newly graduated nurse who hasn't yet decided which area you want to work in, but also for you as an experienced nurse who wants to expand your expertise or try something new for a period. Your Future Workplace Höglandssjukhuset is one of three hospitals in Region Jönköpings län. The catchment area has approximately 110,000 residents. You don't need your license to apply for the position, but you must have obtained it before starting your employment with us. As a person, you understand the importance of good customer service and you take responsibility for your work. As an ELSA nurse, you are someone who easily adapts to changing circumstances and enjoys varied work tasks. You have good teamwork skills, are initiative-taking, and take responsibility for both your own tasks and the bigger picture. You are good at working independently and have an easy time prioritizing your tasks efficiently. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
