We are looking for
We are seeking a licensed nurse or licensed counselor. If you have experience from child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP), adult psychiatry, or comparable services, that is an advantage. Specialist education in psychiatry or level 1 training in CBT is also viewed positively. You have experience meeting children, young people, and their families and feel confident in contact with people in different life situations. Experience with assessments and triage, both during physical visits and via telephone or digital channels, is particularly valuable for this position. Experience with the Cosmic journal system is a merit. Knowledge of Finnish, meänkieli, Sami, or other languages is also a merit. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and express yourself well in speech and writing.

What you will be working with
As a team member at En väg in, your main task is to receive and assess incoming phone calls concerning children and young people with mild, moderate, or severe mental health issues. The work includes providing advice and support, assessing care needs, triaging to the appropriate level of care, and assessing the urgency of the case.
You will have contact with children and young people, guardians, and collaboration partners such as schools, student health services, social services, and health centers. When triaging, we use a standardized and structured digital assessment tool as needed. The results from the interview, together with a functional assessment and your overall clinical judgment, form the basis for decisions about appropriate level of care, for example primary care or BUP.
You will become part of a professional and competent team where close collaboration, experience sharing, and support in assessments are a natural part of everyday work. The position may also include, depending on the needs of the service and by agreement, co-facilitating digital parent support groups with a psychologist from Child and Youth Health.
En väg in currently operates at two locations in the region, Boden and Luleå. After completed on-site introduction, there is an opportunity to work from another location in Norrbotten, as the majority of work is conducted via telephone and digital communication channels. The introduction is adapted to the individual employee's needs.

Position Information
We offer two permanent full-time positions with start date by agreement. Working hours are Monday - Friday approximately 07.30-16.30. Employment will be in the position of nurse or counselor based on the applicant's profession and qualifications. Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis and the positions may be filled before the final application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
