About the Assignment The work consists of standard nursing duties at a primary care center with focus on: Telephone advice Clinic work Assessment and counseling Standard nursing duties in primary care Documentation and follow-up Close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals Good teamwork is important as the facility works closely with other primary care centers. We Are Looking for You Who Are a licensed nurse or district nurse Have relevant experience working at a primary care center Are comfortable with telephone advice and patient contact Can work independently and make clinical assessments Have good teamwork skills Work in a structured and patient-safe manner Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Specialist training as a district nurse is a merit but not required.
