About the Job Vårdliljan is seeking a licensed nurse for our home care team in Västerort! Our office is located in Vällingby, Grimsta. We offer stimulating and meaningful work, with clear leadership and development opportunities. The Assignment Work is scheduled during daytime hours, Monday-Friday. The position includes planning, coordination, and implementation of care services, contact with other healthcare providers and home services, as well as direct and phone contact with patients and relatives. Background We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. You need to have at least two years of experience as a nurse, preferably from a health center or home care, or have worked as a nursing assistant in home care before becoming a licensed nurse. It is important that you are a person who feels committed to your profession. It is also important that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience using Take Care and Lifecare. You must have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
