Vårdliljan is seeking a licensed nurse for our home care team in Upplands Väsby! We offer stimulating and meaningful work, with clear leadership and opportunities for development. The Assignment The position is based during daytime hours, Monday-Friday. The role includes planning, coordinating and implementing care services, communication with other healthcare providers and home services, as well as direct and telephone contact with patients and their families. Background We are looking for a licensed nurse. You need to have at least two years of experience as a nurse, preferably from a health center or home care, or have worked as a nursing assistant in home care before becoming a licensed nurse. It is important that you are someone who feels committed to your profession. It is important that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience using the Take Care and Lifecare systems. You are required to have a strong command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
