We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse/specialist-trained nurse for the elderly/district nurse who wants to be part of our multiprofessional teams in home care and nursing staff within Lomma Municipality. You will be placed in home care in Lomma.
Lomma has three care facilities, and nurses are located at the facilities Strandängsgatan, Vega, and Orion. Home care is based at Poppelgatan together with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, home care staff, and support functions such as MAS and MAR.
In Bjärred we have the care facility Jonasgården. There nurses work together with home care nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and home care staff.

We are looking for:
- Nurse/specialist-trained nurse for the elderly/district nurse for home care for daytime shifts, but evening shifts may also occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed district or nurse with a genuine interest in people.
- You have experience as a nurse and enjoy your professional role and you are engaged and contribute to a good work environment.
- You have the ability to see the whole picture, have good collaboration and communication skills, and are independent with a great deal of flexibility.
- You have the ability to plan and structure your work independently and in a team.
- You take great personal responsibility.
- You want to contribute to developing the operation.
- You are passionate about providing our elderly and younger clients with care, security, and support.
- You have the ability to guide and lead nursing staff in care and delegated interventions and tasks.
- You have good Swedish language skills.
- B driver's license is required.
- In addition to experience as a licensed nurse, previous experience in municipal healthcare is a merit.
