About the Operation
The Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic is today one of the country's largest operations providing care under the Forensic Psychiatric Care Act. As of March 2, there are 137 care beds distributed across ten departments, and during March all care departments moved into completely new modern facilities in Nacksta. We are now seeking you, a registered nurse, who is curious about taking on the role of registered nurse with specialized function at our department 96 RPK. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work toward a cohesive and quality-assured care process from a department-wide perspective. You will function as an important resource in supporting colleagues, developing documentation, quality-assuring care interventions, and contributing to continuity throughout the entire care chain—from introduction to discharge.
This is a permanent full-time position in department 96 RPK with duties during daytime on weekdays. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a multiprofessional team that provides for the patient's daily forensic psychiatric care needs.
Your tasks will include:
Supervision and support to care personnel
Collaboration with physicians and team leaders during rounds
Ensuring medication management and sampling procedures
Planning and coordination of discharge planning and outpatient care
Contact with external stakeholders such as municipalities and other care providers
Participation in the department's development work
Qualifications
We are seeking you who:
Are a registered nurse

Have work experience within psychiatry
Have additional language skills
Have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
