Self-Driven and Handy Person Needed for Flexible Part-Time Work at 180 kr/hour

I run a small business and am looking for a practical-minded and above all self-driven person who can step in and help with various practical tasks that I don't have time for myself. This is a varied part-time job where tasks might range from painting a wall or fixing up an old shed to taking out trash for recycling or picking up a piece of furniture found on Marketplace. I'm not primarily looking for a trained tradesperson. I'm looking for a HANDY person who gets things done. For me, the point of bringing in help is that it should lighten my load. I want to be able to show you what needs to be done, explain roughly what result I'm looking for, and then be able to hand over the task to you. So you need to be comfortable thinking for yourself, making reasonable decisions along the way, and solving minor problems without asking about every detail. Of course you'll ask when something is actually unclear or important – but the basic mindset is: "I'll figure that out." You don't need to know everything. It's much more important that you have practical skills, common sense, and the ability to figure out how to do something on your own. Who do I think would be a good fit? Maybe you're a student, running something on the side, working part-time, retired, or simply looking for flexible part-time work. Age and formal education are less important – maturity, initiative, and willingness to work are what matter. Experience with things like painting, carpentry, renovation, property maintenance, workshop work, or similar is a plus, but not a requirement. To start with, there's work for a few days. If the collaboration works well, there are good opportunities for continued part-time and occasional hours going forward. Sometimes it might be a full work day, other times a few hours. We'll work it out from occasion to occasion. You don't need to write a formal cover letter. Briefly tell me who you are, what you do today, and why this type of part-time work would suit you.
