Do you want to build next-generation edge platforms on top of modern Kubernetes infrastructure at the intersection of telco, private clouds, and CDN? We're looking for a senior SRE/Cloud Engineer who wants to design and operate edge solutions that complement our customer's private cloud.
Your Role
You'll join Accelerate and step into a customer engagement where the focus is on designing, building, and operating modern edge and cloud platforms. You'll work closely with the customer's architects and network specialists to:
Design and deploy edge compute platforms based on Kubernetes (on-prem and in the cloud)
Set up and optimize CI/CD and GitOps flows for platform and applications
Build robust observability: logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerts
Ensure high availability, performance, and operational reliability in distributed environments
Support migrations, versioning, and lifecycle management of the platform
Your Profile
We're looking for someone with solid experience as an SRE, Cloud Engineer, or similar, with:
Strong knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes
Experience building and operating Kubernetes clusters on-prem and/or in public clouds
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation, such as Terraform and Ansible
Experience with observability solutions like Prometheus/Grafana and centralized log management
Good scripting/automation skills, for example in Python and/or Bash
Experience with deployment and GitOps tools (Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD, or similar)
Meritorious if you:
Have experience with OpenStack or other private cloud platforms
Are familiar with components such as HashiCorp Vault, object storage, container registry, and similar building blocks in a modern platform stack
Have worked with edge compute platforms, such as StarlingX or similar
Have experience with Telco Cloud, Network Traffic Management, CDN, or broadcast/telecom environments
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Swedish citizenship is required for this position. We also conduct background checks on final candidates.

Work Location
Accelerate has offices in several locations in Sweden and Norway. For this position, you'll be based at our Malmö office, with the possibility of hybrid work.
