In connection with the growing number of realized contracts, we are looking for an experienced colleague for the position of Site Manager (Construction Supervisor of Technological Units).
Job Responsibilities
o Managing the implementation of technological units directly on site.
o Organizing and coordinating assembly work of our own employees and subcontractors.
o Monitoring compliance with project documentation, technical standards, and contractual requirements.
o Oversight of construction schedule compliance and timelines for individual stages.
o Quality control of performed work and acceptance of individual work sections.
o Responsibility for compliance with occupational health and safety, fire protection, and environmental protection regulations.
o Daily communication with the customer, investor's technical supervisor, designers, and project manager.
o Coordination of material supplies, machinery, and assembly capacity.
o Maintenance of construction log, assembly documentation, and regular reporting on project progress.
o Cooperation during technology startup, functional tests, equipment testing, and project handover to the customer.
We Require
o Secondary or higher technical education (mechanical, construction, energy, or related fields).
o Experience managing assembly or construction work in industrial operations.
o Experience with implementation of technological or investment units is an advantage.
o Ability to read technical and drawing documentation.
o Natural authority and ability to manage a work team on site.
o Independence, responsibility, and ability to solve emerging situations operatively.
o Good organizational and communication skills.
o Willingness to travel within realized projects.
o Group B driver's license.
o Knowledge of English or another language is an advantage.
