Technical Solutions Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Consult colleagues on e-commerce platform solutions (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.), plugin configuration and usage.
Analyze client needs, business processes and prepare requirements for developing new functionalities and integrations.
Analyze and coordinate API integration solutions, prepare technical documentation and support the implementation of data exchange processes.
Collaborate with the development team, ensuring quality delivery of business requirements and solution implementation.
Test new solutions, identify issues and ensure their successful implementation in the client environment.
Collect customer feedback and suggest opportunities for improving products, plugins and processes.
Requirements for Candidates
Higher education in IT, information systems, computer science or a related field.
Experience as a business or systems analyst, technical consultant or similar position.
Understanding of API integrations, REST services and data exchange principles.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or similar) will be considered an advantage.
Analytical thinking, ability to structure business requirements and prepare documentation.
Good communication skills in Latvian and English, working with external system implementation and maintenance partners, as well as working with technical documentation.
