We require precision and independence - Must be trained in sewing/tailoring or have practical experience in sewing ready-made underwear at another company. We do not recognize experience in sewing ruffles or carpets.... We do not recognize home sewing as experience. We do not provide on-the-job training!!!! The employee will primarily perform the same sewing operation with monthly wage compensation plus bonuses based on monthly productivity. Only productive employees who demonstrate independence will be included in the monthly wage system. 5 additional days of vacation, meal vouchers 108 Kč/day, new building with a pleasant work environment
