Main responsibilities: conduct classes according to the junior instructor course level, in accordance with class schedules and curricula; assist third-year course leaders as well as instructors in implementing the educational process; provide suggestions for improving the military education program; evaluate and analyze students' acquired knowledge and skills, ensure information entry in the school management system "E-klase"; develop students' creative approach and independence in the learning process; integrate the theoretical and practical parts of the educational process; maintain order in classrooms and ensure cleanliness and tidiness; participate in the school's public life; participate in working groups and commissions on matters within the scope of the position. Requirements for candidates: secondary vocational education and preferably a part of a study program related to pedagogy of at least two credit points or at least 72 hours; completed Instructor course; experience in organizing/conducting training processes in the military field; we will value understanding of the defence sector; ability to plan, organize work, excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work with Microsoft Office programs; previous work experience with DVS Namejs and school management system "E-klase" will be considered an advantage; state language proficiency at the highest level; valid e-signature.
