Exit Tapas & Bar is a modern and social tapas bar focused on great food, cocktails, wine, and beer. We offer our guests a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere where excellent service, quality, and wonderful atmosphere are at the center. We are now looking for an experienced and service-oriented server who wants to be part of our team and help create a truly great experience for our guests. We are looking for you who - Have previous experience in restaurants and service – this is a requirement - Have experience serving and interacting with customers - Are service-oriented, social, and positive - Have a professional and friendly demeanor - Enjoy working at a fast pace - Are stress-resistant and can remain calm during intense shifts - Are meticulous and responsible - Have good knowledge of food and beverages, especially wine, beer, and cocktails - Enjoy working as part of a team - Can work evenings and weekends - Speak Swedish and/or English Job Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests - Take orders and serve food and beverages - Provide professional and personalized service to guests - Present the menu and make recommendations for food and drinks - Take care of your tables and follow up on guests' needs - Handle payments and cash - Maintain cleanliness and ensure the restaurant is welcoming - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to create a great overall experience - Contribute to a pleasant, social, and welcoming atmosphere We Offer You will work in a pleasant and social atmosphere with a dedicated team.
