We would like to see that you: Are stress-resistant and can prioritize tasks under high pressure. Have a positive attitude and are a good team player. Are careful and attentive to guests' needs. You put the guest in focus and we see that experience from previous work in restaurants is a requirement. Experience as a bartender is a merit. Your Responsibilities As a Server/Waitstaff with us, you are the face of the establishment and are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibilities include: Guest Reception: Welcome guests and show them to their table. Ordering & Recommendations: Present the menu, answer questions about ingredients/allergies, and provide recommendations. Serving: Deliver food and drinks in a professional and efficient manner. Cash & Payment: Handle payments and cash register work. Guest Care: Ensure guests are satisfied throughout their visit. Preparations: Setting tables, wiping tables, and ongoing cleaning in the restaurant. You work as a team member together with your colleagues to contribute to a pleasant and enjoyable environment for our guests. As a server/waitstaff, you are responsible for your own cash register and service at your assigned station in close collaboration with colleagues and managers.
