We are now looking for 2 enthusiastic colleagues as server/bartender – one at 100% and one at 50% at The White Horse Pub & Restaurant. Our guests experience a British-inspired environment and a menu featuring Swedish classics such as grilled meat, fish and poultry, as well as a wide selection of beer, wine and beverages. As an employee with us, you will be part of a team with a family-like atmosphere, and together we strive to offer our guests a fantastic experience. Our guests range from romantic dates, family dinners, to happy guests wanting to try beer, whisky and wine! Qualifications; We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in service and bartending. You should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills and strong knowledge of food and beverages. You speak Swedish fluently and have good English skills. Personal qualities; As a person, you are cheerful, flexible and passionate about delivering the absolute best guest experience. You enjoy meeting new people, are skilled at building good relationships, and enjoy working as part of a team. Your role as Server/Bartender. During weekends we have higher guest turnover, and you will step into the bartender/service role alongside other colleagues, which means full focus on guests and good collaboration with your team members. Your tasks include: Welcoming and attending to our guests and helping them to their tables. · Presenting the menu, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
