Requirements: - Secondary/upper secondary education in electrical field - Professional competence for electrical work according to 194/2022 Sb. min. §6 - electrotechnician - Ability and willingness to work in the field - Independent approach to problem-solving, reliability and responsibility - Willingness to learn new things - Group B driver's license ADVANTAGEOUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED: - Previous experience in a similar position in the HVAC and cooling industry - Welding certificate for hard soldering - Category 1 certificate for tightness inspection of cooling equipment - Experience in control systems and automation Job Responsibilities: - Service activities and repairs on HVAC and air conditioning units - Commissioning of installed equipment (HVAC units, air conditioning and heating units, cooling machines) - Installation and service work on HVAC unit conversions (renovation of existing equipment) - Replacement and repair of non-functional equipment - handling of complaints - Active and constructive communication with customers and within the work team - Continuous training in the company's product portfolio - Responsibility for assigned equipment We Offer: - Motivational compensation, bonuses/premiums - Flexible working hours, workplace Prague - west and Western Bohemia - Tailored training, opportunities for personal development, thorough onboarding, professional courses and regular product training - Diverse work with modern technology - 25 days of vacation, sick days - Rewards and benefits according to the Collective Agreement, leisure benefit cards or pension insurance contribution
