Service Technician for HVAC and Air Conditioning Units

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Service and repair work on HVAC and air conditioning equipment • Commissioning of installed equipment (HVAC units, air conditioning and heating units, refrigeration machines) • Installation and service work on HVAC unit renovations (refurbishment of existing equipment) • Replacement and repair of malfunctioning equipment - handling of complaints • Active and constructive communication with customers and within the work team • Continuous training on the company's product portfolio • Responsibility for assigned equipment YOUR PROFILE: • Secondary/vocational electrical education • Professional competence for electrical work according to 194/2022 Sb. min. §6 - electrician • Ability and willingness to work in the field • Independent approach to problem-solving, reliability, and responsibility • Willingness to learn new things • Driver's license category B ADVANTAGEOUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED: • Previous experience in a similar position in the HVAC and refrigeration field • Welding certificate for hard soldering • Category 1 certificate for refrigeration equipment leak testing • Experience in control systems and automation WE OFFER: • Competitive compensation, bonuses/premiums • Flexible working hours, workplaces Prague - West and Western Bohemia • Customized training, opportunities for personal development, thorough onboarding, professional courses, and regular product training • Diverse work with modern equipment • 25 days of vacation, sick days • Bonuses and benefits according to the Collective Agreement, leisure benefit cards, or pension insurance contributions
