About the Role As a service technician with us, you need to maintain a high level of service toward customers and be well-organized. You'll ensure that our customers' trucks are functioning properly and that any unplanned downtime is always handled quickly and efficiently. You work independently, manage your own planning, and are responsible for how you solve your assignments. At the same time, you're part of a team where everyone helps and supports each other when needed and during busy periods. We offer independent and varied work with the freedom to plan your days. The focus is always on satisfied customers—but the role also provides the flexibility that makes it easier to balance your personal life. To succeed in this role, you need experience working on vehicles, machinery, or similar equipment. If you're technically interested or come from a service technician role in another industry, you'll be a good fit for this position as well. Your Profile We're looking for someone who: Has technical competence through education, work experience, or personal interest. Sees technical problems as a fun and exciting challenge Can combine physical work with administrative tasks Has the ability to structure and prioritize your work tasks and ensure they are completed well Is an engaged and interested team member who values collaboration Communicates in a way that creates clarity and leaves a positive and professional impression with our customers Has knowledge of using computers for administrative tasks, document handling, and communication Holds a B-class driver's license It is advantageous if you have: YH education for service technician Experience with service work in a similar industry Experience with automation Knowledge of hydraulics, vehicle electrical systems, and mechanics English language skills, as some of our documentation may be in English We particularly welcome applications from women, as we actively work to increase diversity within our service organization.
