Would you like a varied job where you get to take a lot of responsibility on your own? Would you also like to be part of building a growing business? Then this might be the role for you!
About the Position
Permoluft is now seeking two service technicians in ventilation for their operations in Stockholm. They have been in Stockholm for three years and are in an exciting growth phase where they want to develop and expand their business. In this role, you will therefore have an important position in their continued journey and the opportunity to influence how they grow forward.
As a service technician, you will have a varied day-to-day role working broadly within ventilation. You will work with servicing ventilation systems in buildings and facilities, troubleshooting installations, smaller ventilation projects, and balancing of air flows. You will also participate in OVK inspections and have ongoing contact with their customers.
An important part of Permoluft's culture is that they share knowledge with each other. Through daily check-ins, you have the opportunity to learn from colleagues and at the same time contribute your own experience. The position offers great freedom with responsibility. You work from home and plan your days together with the team during regular check-ins. When you need to write reports, protocols, or handle administration, there's the option to do it from home. Permoluft believes in giving their employees trust and flexibility, while taking shared responsibility for delivering high quality to their customers.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience in ventilation who enjoys a role where you can combine technology, problem-solving, and customer contact. You are used to working independently, but also appreciate being part of a team where knowledge is shared and people help each other.
This role is also suitable for you if you have worked as an operations technician or facility technician with a focus on ventilation. A background as, for example, an electrician could also be interesting if you have experience with troubleshooting and a strong interest in developing your skills in ventilation.
As a person, you are engaged and take responsibility. You want to do a good job, keep your promises, and are someone that both customers and colleagues can rely on. You are curious, take your own initiative, and want to contribute to the company's development. For Permoluft, it's important that you share their desire to build something long-term together.
