Your responsibilities
As a service technician, you'll have a varied and independent day-to-day role with assignments for different customers throughout Skåne. In close dialogue with the service manager, you'll plan your assignments, schedule customers, and structure your workday based on current needs.
You will, among other things:
* Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ventilation systems
* Repair and replace components
* Maintain ongoing customer contact and identify additional needs
* Document completed work, materials, and time
Your profile
As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and curious about understanding how things work. You take responsibility for your assignments and enjoy solving problems independently, while also being cooperative and appreciating working together with colleagues. Since you have extensive customer contact, you are also service-minded, communicative, and have a professional demeanor.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Experience in ventilation, facility technology, or other relevant technical fields
* Good knowledge of the Swedish language
* Good digital skills and knowledge of Office 365
* Class B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have:
* Experience with commissioning
* Knowledge of electrical systems
* Experience with Bluebeam
* Lift certification and training in fall protection
* Knowledge of building management systems
