Lely Center Lidköping is a supplier and service partner of innovative products and services to Sweden's dairy and meat producers. They are leaders in robotization for dairy farms, and among their products are the Lely Astronaut, Lely Vector, and Lely Collector. They operate in Närke, Värmland, Dalsland, Bohuslän, Västra Götaland, Småland, Halland, and Skåne. Their offices are in Lidköping and Kristianstad, and they have service technicians, sales staff, and advisors strategically positioned from Ystad in the south to Torsby in the north.
WORK DUTIES
Lely Center is expanding rapidly and is now seeking a new service technician for the service team in the area from southern Värmland to northern Dalsland. As a service technician at Lely Center, you work closely with the team leader and your colleagues at customer sites, providing technical and practical solutions for machinery, electrical systems, and installations. In your role, you work with automated equipment and robots for robotic milking, feeding, lighting, and manure handling.
With great freedom and responsibility, you can plan your work weeks together with the team leader, and you work from home. After introduction and training, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining customers' milking robots and other automated equipment for animal husbandry and feeding. The position includes periodic on-call duty to help customers resolve urgent repairs during evenings/weekends according to a rotating schedule.

Requirements for the position:
Strong interest in technology and problem-solving
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Understanding of English in speech and writing
Good physical fitness
Driver's license category B
Merit factors:
Basic electrical knowledge
Previous experience working as a technician/installation technician
Experience from the agriculture and farming sector
Good computer skills
