About the Position Ikett is now recruiting an experienced and independent service technician for a position with Lantmännen Maskin in Växjö! As a service technician, you are an important part of the operations and actively contribute to the facility's goals. The role involves performing service, troubleshooting, and repairs on machines and equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions and company procedures. The work ranges from simple repairs to more advanced troubleshooting and repair of various types of machinery. The role includes creating and following up on technical support cases, as well as collaborating with colleagues, other departments, and facilities to ensure the best possible service. To develop in the role, you are expected to participate in relevant training according to your individual training plan. You also contribute to a positive team spirit, a well-functioning workshop, and proper maintenance of tools and equipment. Beyond this, other work tasks may occur based on operational needs. It is important that all employees contribute to a good work environment by being engaged in their work, following company rules, and demonstrating good cooperation and loyalty. Your Profile Requirements: - Vehicle technology education. - A couple of years of relevant work experience in, for example, the automotive industry, agriculture, industry, or maritime. - Strong knowledge of transmissions, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and service technology. - Good computer skills. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English. - Good technical understanding. - Customer-focused, service-oriented, and solution-minded. - Analytical, thorough, and quality-conscious. - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work results-oriented. Merits - Focus on mechanical engineering in your education. - Studies at an agricultural or natural resources secondary school with a machinery focus. - Experience from customer- and sales-oriented operations, especially within the agricultural sector. - Knowledge of the service market or similar operations. - Experience with time reporting systems. The position requires that you have a Class B driver's license.
