Job Description & Offer Are you social, service-minded, and enjoy building relationships with customers? Do you also have a high school education in electrical work or equivalent technical training? Then we might have the position for you! Entema is now seeking a service technician focused on service and repairs of all laundry room products. You have an important role at customer sites where you work systematically to ensure that laundry rooms and products maintain high quality and long lifespan. In this role, you are responsible daily for planning and identifying and fixing any issues with the help of a fully equipped service vehicle, cheerful colleagues, and technical support. If you have previous experience in laundry room service, electrical work, construction, or similar, that is a merit. Personal Profile To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have a high school education in electrical work or equivalent technical training. As a person, you are curious, want to develop, and have a genuine interest in learning more in the field. You are thorough, unpretentious, and handy. The role involves extensive customer contact, where you are Entema's face to the outside, which means you need to be comfortable in social settings and have a strong focus on service and relationship building. A B-class driver's license is required, as well as fluent communication in Swedish and good computer skills. Personal suitability is decisive in this recruitment, but it is a merit if you have experience in any of the following areas: • Laundry room service • Electrical work • Other machinery service We also see it as positive if you have a background in association or sports activities.
