Städbutiken is growing and we're now looking for a service technician who wants to combine hands-on service work with an important responsibility for our cleaning robots. About the role Here you'll get a varied technician role where you combine practical work at customer sites with a primary responsibility for our growing robot technology. You service, maintain, and troubleshoot cleaning machines and cleaning robots, while also becoming a central contact for more advanced technical questions that may arise regarding the robots. When a cleaning robot isn't functioning as it should, you analyze faults, review logs, and communicate with manufacturers' support. You also coordinate robot-related issues and support colleagues, customers, and resellers with your technical expertise. You'll work from our office in Uppsala and will largely plan your service visits independently. The role includes travel throughout Sweden. Most assignments are in the Uppsala area, but overnight stays occur regularly. Your profile We're looking for someone with at least three years of experience as a service technician or in similar technical work, and who is comfortable working independently at customer sites. Experience with servicing and maintaining cleaning machines is a merit. To thrive in this role, you need to have very good computer skills and be comfortable using digital tools. Experience with the business system Pyramid is a plus. You speak and write fluent Swedish and English, as contact with manufacturers' support is conducted in English. The position requires that you have a B driver's license, and an appropriate service vehicle will be provided by us. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and good at planning your workday. You are communicative and service-minded and understand the importance of keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Since the role is technically oriented, you naturally have a genuine interest in technology, enjoy troubleshooting, and are motivated by understanding how technology works. Other good to know The position is a full-time employment, permanent. Start date is by agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
