About the Position: As a service technician, you'll be a key part of the service operations. You'll work on a variety of service and maintenance assignments, both at customer sites and in the workshop. The role involves significant independent responsibility while having support from colleagues and other functions in the organization. Job Responsibilities: - Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs. - Visit customers and handle various types of service requests. - Identify problems and find practical and efficient solutions. - Maintain ongoing contact with customers and assist with technical questions. - Collaborate with colleagues in service, sales, and other parts of the organization. - Contribute technical expertise and experience in daily work. - Work both independently and as part of the team to ensure high quality in completed work. Your Profile We're looking for someone who is technically minded, solution-oriented, and independent—someone who thrives with customer contact and appreciates working alongside engaged colleagues in a growing operation. Requirements: - Technical education or equivalent experience in mechanics and service. - Experience with repair, maintenance, or troubleshooting of mechanical equipment. - Customer contact experience. - Good computer skills. - Class B driver's license. - Strong Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written. - Ability to work independently and take responsibility. Desirable: - Experience with service, maintenance, or repair of mechanical equipment. - Previous work as a service technician or in a similar technical role. - Experience with pumps, motors, conveyor screws, or other industrial equipment. - Customer contact experience and on-site customer work. - Forklift certification or other relevant certifications. - Experience with welding or other workshop techniques.
