To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Several years of experience in service, maintenance, and repairs within mechanics.
Experience with troubleshooting and repairs in both electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to work systematically and document your work
Valid driver's license (category B)
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
As a person, you are committed, responsible, and thorough. You have a strong safety mindset and maintain professional conduct in your customer interactions.

What does the role involve?
As a service technician, you are responsible for service, maintenance, and repairs of industrial doors, gates, loading docks, and to some extent entrance systems. You work with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and perform new installations and assemblies at customer sites.
Your work tasks include, among others:
Service and preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting and repairs in electrical and mechanical systems
Installations and new assemblies
Participation in project planning
Documentation, follow-up, and reporting in business systems
Ongoing feedback to headquarters
Create and develop good customer relationships
This is a full-time position with working hours Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00. You will work from home and cover the Norrköping and Linköping areas. Business travel may occur on rare occasions.
