We are now recruiting at Caverion a refrigeration service technician to join our team in Finspång. Here you will have a varied daily work with significant personal responsibility, close customer contact, and the opportunity to work with some of the region's most complex industrial installations.
You will have the opportunity to work with
As a refrigeration service technician, you are responsible for service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of cooling and heat pump systems for our industrial and business customers in the Finspång area.
Our customers have high demands for operational reliability and availability, which means you will work with both preventive maintenance and emergency responses where your technical expertise will be put to good use. We strive to resolve problems directly on-site, and you will be an important part of ensuring our customers' production and operations. In this role, you need to be comfortable working independently and taking personal responsibility, while being a team player who collaborates well with colleagues in cross-functional teams. There is also an opportunity to assist in other technical areas outside of refrigeration alongside us on-site.
We have been established in the area for a long time and have access to a well-equipped workshop that provides excellent conditions for efficient work. You will also work with:
Up-selling by identifying opportunities, suggesting improvements and updates to technical systems through follow-up reports
Monitoring and reporting back

Your background
You are a certified refrigeration technician (Category 1)
You have experience with service and maintenance within refrigeration
You are self-driven and confident in troubleshooting technical cooling systems
You have good technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach
You enjoy customer contact and creating long-term relationships
You hold a class B driver's license
It is an advantage if you also have experience from industrial environments or work with larger refrigeration systems. This position requires that you undergo and are approved in accordance with applicable security regulations at any given time. For positions where our customers have security clearance requirements, certain citizenship may in some cases be required.
