Service Technician – Advanced Security Technology

Are you interested in working with advanced technology, troubleshooting, and service at a company in an exciting growth phase? We are now seeking 1–2 service technicians for a company within defense and security technology. You will work with advanced technical systems at customers in critical infrastructure operations, both providing remote support and hands-on work on-site. The Role You will work with: Technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Installation and commissioning. Travel within Sweden, with the possibility of international assignments. Service and maintenance of advanced equipment. Hands-on installation work and cable routing. Customer contact and technical support. When a problem cannot be solved remotely, you need to quickly shift gears and travel to the customer to resolve the issue on-site. After introduction and training, you will work independently. You will receive ongoing training on new products and systems. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, handy, and solution-oriented. You enjoy understanding how things work and have an aptitude for learning new technology and applying theory to practice. You are also: Independent and responsible Social and confident in customer interactions Meticulous with a strong security mindset Practically minded and experienced with troubleshooting Flexible with the ability to travel for work A B-class driver's license is required. Technical education or experience in, for example, electrical, electronics, mechanics, automation, or IT is a merit.
