About the Position
To meet market demand, we are seeking a marine mechanic for our facility in Uddevalla.
You will perform professional work in troubleshooting, service, and repair with the goal of continuously improving to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
We are authorized dealers for Yamaha, Mercury, and Mercruiser engines.
As part of your main responsibilities, you will also work with customer interactions, which requires strong social skills and professionalism.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in boats and a desire to work in the marine industry. You should have knowledge of service, troubleshooting, and repair to perform your duties efficiently and with quality.
As a person, you are engaged, service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible with a desire to grow and develop in your role.
You should have good computer skills, language proficiency in both Swedish and English, and a B driver's license.
You should enjoy working independently while being a loyal team player who appreciates a strong workshop team.
Meritorious Qualifications
Forklift certification
B96 or BE driver's license
Experience with Yamaha, Mercury, or Mercruiser
Work experience in the marine industry or similar technical operations
We Offer
Full-time employment with a fixed monthly salary, a six-month probationary period, occupational pension, and employee benefits.
