About the Role As a service technician, you'll primarily work with coffee and water machines. Based in Luleå, you'll serve our customers at various locations throughout Norrbotten. Your work will include: delivery and installation of machines technical service, troubleshooting, and repairs preventive maintenance hygiene service and machine care work in our service workshop on-site customer service and support technical inspection, refurbishment, and quality assurance of machines before reuse This role is perfect if you enjoy solving problems and want to see the results of your work. One day you might install a new machine; the next you could be troubleshooting a technical issue or performing service at a customer site. You'll plan much of your workday independently and interact with many of our customers. That's why it's important that you both enjoy technology and understand the value of truly excellent service. For us, it's crucial that customers feel confident in both the solution and the service you provide. Who Are We Looking For? There are several paths into this role, and we're interested in candidates who identify with one of these profiles. You might already work as a service technician in the coffee and water industry. Your experience would be very valuable to us. You could quickly master the role, take significant independent responsibility, and continue developing with us. You might also have technical service experience from another industry. If you've worked with electrical systems, mechanics, electronics, installation, appliances, commercial kitchen equipment, vending machines, or other technical equipment, you'd have an excellent foundation for this role. You might be starting your career with technical education or a strong interest in technology. You enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting, and understanding how things work, and you want to develop into a service technician. You don't need prior knowledge of coffee machines—what matters is your technical understanding, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
