As a Field Service Technician at Kiesel Scandinavia AB, you will perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment used in the scrap, recycling, and demolition industries. We see that you are based in the Gothenburg area and surrounding region, as you will be working with customers throughout southern and central Sweden.
Your main responsibilities:
Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs on material handling equipment at customer sites.
Plan and carry out service assignments independently with high quality and efficiency.
Build and develop long-term customer relationships through professional and solution-oriented work.
Document completed work and provide customers with technical advice.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Several years of experience working with heavy machinery, construction equipment, trucks, or other vehicles.
Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanics.
Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
B-class driver's license and experience working directly with customers.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own planning.
Meritorious qualifications:
Experience with material handling equipment or the recycling industry.
Knowledge of welding.
Experience with engine repairs and advanced troubleshooting.
