About the position As a Service Advisor in our car workshop, you are the customer's first point of contact and are responsible for receiving customers in person, by phone, and by email. You provide advice on service and repairs, provide quotes, handle insurance matters, and billing. The role involves a strong focus on customer service and creating a positive experience throughout the customer journey. What we're looking for in you We're looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and has a genuine interest in service and relationships. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and contribute to a positive work environment. Customer service or workshop experience Workshop administration experience (a plus) Good computer skills Good communication skills, both verbal and written Problem-solving ability B driver's license (required) Other information This is a full-time permanent position with an initial probationary period.
