About the position As a Service Advisor, you are the customer's first point of contact and are responsible for receiving customers on-site, by phone, and by email. You provide advice on service and repairs, handle price quotes, insurance matters, and billing. The role involves a strong focus on excellent service and creating a positive customer experience while collaborating with the workshop team. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who enjoys customer-facing roles and has a genuine interest in service and relationships. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and contribute to a positive work environment. - Experience in customer service or a service profession - Experience in workshop administration (a plus) - Good computer skills - Strong communication skills in speech and writing - B-class driver's license (required) Other information The position is a fixed-term substitute role placed at Bilia BMU in Borås.
