We are now looking for a Service Advisor for Atteviks Bil in Jönköping. Here you'll have a central role where you help customers every day, plan work together with the service department, and ensure that the entire customer journey runs as smoothly as possible.
As a Service Advisor, you have a key role in the customer's experience of Atteviks. You build relationships, create confidence, and help customers make well-informed decisions about service and repairs. At the same time, you work closely with the workshop's technicians to ensure that work flows efficiently and that customers receive the best possible service.
For you, it's natural to see the person behind the case. You enjoy helping others, are solution-oriented, and bring positive energy both in customer interactions and in collaboration with colleagues.
About the position
In your role as Service Advisor, you are responsible for the customer from first contact until the vehicle is handed over after work is completed. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on work while helping customers understand what actions need to be taken and why.
You will, among other things:
Receive customers when dropping off and picking up vehicles
Handle customer contacts via phone, email, and digital channels
Advisе customers about service, repairs, and other workshop services
Present cost proposals and recommend appropriate actions
Plan and book workshop work
Coordinate daily work between customer and workshop
Follow up on ongoing work and keep the customer informed
Handle invoicing and certain warranty matters
Contribute to high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships

Placement
The position is based in Jönköping and is a full-time employment. We apply a trial period of up to 6 months.
