Lead the service team at the city's newest premium Indian restaurant! We are looking for an experienced service professional / shift leader to join our team at our newly opened premium Indian restaurant. This role is perfect for you if you are a seasoned restaurant professional with previous leadership experience who wants to help create amazing guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations. As a shift leader, you are responsible for leading the service team during service and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Main responsibilities: · Lead and support the service team in daily operations · Coordinate work in the dining area and ensure smooth workflow · Welcome guests and ensure a high-quality dining experience · Train, guide, and support service staff · Handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally · Assist with opening and closing the restaurant · Support with scheduling, team coordination, and operational tasks · Maintain high standards for cleanliness, service quality, and hospitality Required profile: · Previous experience as a shift leader, supervisor, team leader, or similar role in the restaurant industry · Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards · Excellent leadership and communication skills · Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment · Customer-focused approach and attention to detail · Experience from premium restaurants or Indian restaurants is a plus We offer: · Full-time position (100%) · Opportunity for leadership within a premium restaurant concept · Professional work environment with development opportunities · Chance to be part of building a successful new restaurant · A dynamic and engaged team If you are an experienced restaurant professional ready to take the next step in your career, we welcome you to our team.
