We are seeking on behalf of our client a self-driven and experienced ServiceNow technician with a focus on automation, workflows, and process development. You will work on developing, optimizing, and quality-assuring automated solutions in a complex IT environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and manage solutions in ServiceNow
Create and further develop automated flows and workflows
Work with process automation within ITSM and related IT processes
Identify areas for improvement and propose effective automation solutions
Work with integrations, scripts, and technical dependencies
Document solutions and collaborate with technical teams and the business
We are looking for someone who has
Documented experience with ServiceNow
Practical experience with automation, workflows, and process flows
Good technical understanding of ITSM processes
Experience with requirements work, configuration, and technical documentation
Familiarity with complex IT environments
Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Meriting factors
Experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, API/REST integrations and JavaScript, as well as relevant ServiceNow certifications.
