Our operations with approximately 200 employees encompasses housing and daily activities. We collaborate on various issues with different departments, administrations, regional authorities and agencies. We are now seeking a service worker for Pilbacken, an LSS-residential facility focused on psychiatry. As a service worker you will perform service tasks to free up time for care staff who can then dedicate themselves to the residents. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a service worker you work in close collaboration with care staff and perform service tasks that do not require care training. Great emphasis is placed on creating a pleasant living and dining environment for the residents together with the care staff. The work includes, among other things: • Cleaning of common areas • Food and food supplies handling • Cooking, serving, dishwashing and waste management • Final cleaning, disinfection cleaning and laundry handling may occur QUALIFICATIONS It is meritorious if you have previous experience in facility management, the restaurant industry or other service profession. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a service worker you are responsible, initiative-taking, thorough and service-oriented. You need to be attentive and have good ability to collaborate with both residents and colleagues. You understand the importance of focusing on the operations by being flexible and having a warm approach in your work.
