As a service worker, you will be a key person in ensuring that our apartments are in perfect condition before move-ins and move-outs. You will work from our warehouse on Kryddstigen in Gävle and your days will vary greatly. One day may be quieter, while the next day may involve a very fast pace. This requires you to be flexible and enjoy when things happen!
We are looking for someone who is a real problem solver. You pitch in where needed and you take personal responsibility for solving things that come up along the way. You are extremely independent in your work but also work well with colleagues when you go out together.

Responsibilities
· Prepare and pack furniture at the warehouse for transport to apartments.
· Carry and transport furniture.
· Assemble furniture.
· Perform digital documentation for move-ins and move-outs.
· Some cleaning and preparing of apartments for move-ins and move-outs.
· Work at other locations during the workday may occur.
Qualifications
Required:
· B-class driver's license.
· Comfortable working physically.
· Good knowledge of Swedish and English (both spoken and written).
· Basic computer skills.
Meritorious:
Experience with basic property maintenance or handcraft tasks (for example, assembly, drilling, and touch-up painting)
