Job Description Would you like a key role in one of Sweden's most important missions - creating safety - while experiencing all of Norrbotten as your workplace? As a Service Manager at Solutions Delivery in Nord/Nord, you will have overall responsibility for our service portfolio within technical security in Norrbotten, where you combine business acumen with close customer relationships and a clear quality focus. This is a dynamic role where you alternate between administration, planning and follow-up, and more operational, customer-oriented work. Your task is to ensure high quality in delivery, create good dialogue and build long-term relationships - where both internal processes and external collaboration are crucial for achieving excellent results. In this role, you will greatly benefit from a genuine technical interest and experience from the security industry. You have worked with or near various security systems and solutions, and you understand how they together create a safe and secure everyday life for our customers. This enables you to have qualified conversations with both customers, security technicians and subcontractors, and translate customer needs into practical, sustainable solutions. Personality, business sense and the ability to balance relationships are central success factors in the role - here you make a real difference for both our customers and Securitas' business. You function as the central link between customer and subcontractors, distribute work for security technicians, maintain close contact with project managers and ensure that service deliveries are made according to contracts, timelines and set quality requirements. An important part of your task is to visit customers regularly, participate in quarterly meetings, identify new needs and translate them into concrete measures that strengthen our customer relationships over time. You will be based at our office in Luleå, where you sit together with our sister company Securitas Technology, several of the surveillance functions and the sales team. Your geographic area of responsibility is all of Norrbotten - from coast to inland and mountains. You drive a company car and occasionally make day trips across the region to reach our customers. The advantage is that you plan your own work weeks and schedule customer visits in a smart way, especially when distances are longer. You are familiar with the various systems and solutions used to create a safe and secure environment for our customers, and you are comfortable discussing both technology and function with both customers and colleagues.
