Job Description Solutions Delivery West currently consists of five project managers, three of whom are located in Gothenburg, one in Skövde, and one in Borås. The project managers are responsible for project deliveries, while service and aftermarket business is handled by two service managers. This position is responsible for service operations in Borås, Skövde, and Trollhättan and is a central function for customer care, service agreements, preventive maintenance, additional services, and coordination of subcontractors and service partners. An important success factor is our local presence and established relationships with both customers and subcontractors. The role combines customer responsibility, business development, and service management with planning, monitoring, and coordination of deliveries. You drive the service business forward while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in daily operations. The focus is on ensuring quality, good communication, and long-term relationships, where both internal processes and external collaboration are critical to successful results. You serve as a link between customer and subcontractors, allocate work for security technicians, and ensure that service deliveries are provided according to agreements, timelines, and quality requirements. An important part of the role is being on-site with customers, participating in quarterly meetings, identifying new needs, and contributing to long-term customer relationships. Personality, business acumen, and the ability to balance relationships are key success factors in this role. Your geographic area of responsibility is Borås, Skövde, and Trollhättan – which means you will drive a company car and regularly travel throughout the day, and sometimes overnight. It is therefore natural that you are based in one of these locations. Examples of Work Tasks Manage budgets for the contract portfolio, including monitoring and business prioritization Monitor and manage new and existing partnerships with subcontractors and service partners Identify new needs, discrepancies, and improvement areas with customers and convert them into concrete actions Collaborate closely with project managers, sales, security technicians, and other operations staff Handle customer visits and participate in customer presentations Ensure service agreements are followed and preventive maintenance and additional services are planned and executed efficiently You will become part of Solutions Delivery West where project managers, service managers, technicians, and subcontractors work together to deliver technical security solutions to our customers. The team you will work with includes project managers, shift supervisors, and technicians. You also work closely with sales and other security operations. We are security. We are Securitas. Qualifications Requirements Experience in technical service, security technology, project management, or service management Experience collaborating with subcontractors Approved high school grades in Swedish from the first year of high school Good knowledge of English Class B driver's license and ability to travel within the region Desirable Knowledge of burglar alarms, access control systems, CCTV, and integrated security systems Knowledge of AB 04 and ABT 06 Certifications or training in security technology Experience managing subcontractors and service partners Experience with on-site customer sales Negotiation experience Experience with financial-related tasks We believe you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and confident in customer communication.
