Do you want a central role where you can combine customer contact, planning, sales, and problem-solving?
We are now seeking a Service Coordinator for our service and aftermarket department. You will be an important link between our customers, service technicians, suppliers, and other parts of the organization.
This is a role for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks, creating structure, and ensuring things get done. You will be the hub of our service operations and help develop this area together with us.
As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on our service assignments.
You will, among other things:
Receive and handle service requests from our customers
Plan and distribute work to our service technicians
Ensure that the right materials and resources are available for the assignments
Maintain ongoing contact with customers before, during, and after completed work
Contact suppliers and partners
Prepare quotes and price proposals
Work actively with the sale of service agreements
Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
Help develop our routines and methods within service and aftermarket
In other words, you get a broad role where planning, customer service, and business go hand in hand.
Who are we looking for?
We are primarily looking for the right person and place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
To thrive in this role, we believe you are:
Structured and good at planning
Solution-oriented and action-driven
Service-minded and skilled at communicating
Comfortable talking with customers, technicians, and suppliers
You need to be able to switch between solving an urgent customer issue, planning next week's work, and at the same time following up with a customer regarding a new service agreement.
Experience
It is beneficial if you have previously worked within, for example:
Service and aftermarket
Supervisory or planning roles
Technical service
Customer service
B2B sales
Construction, contracting, installation, industry, or similar operations
Technical understanding is an advantage, but you don't need to know everything from the start. For us, it is more important that you have the right drive, structure, and willingness to learn our business.
What we offer
At Svea Areal, you get a varied and responsible role in a company with a high pace and short decision-making paths.
You get the opportunity to:
Be part of developing our service and aftermarket operations
Influence how we work with service, planning, and customer follow-up
Build long-term relationships with our customers
Work closely with both technicians, project organization, and sales
Take on significant responsibility and develop together with the company
We are looking for someone who not only wants to administer service requests – but who wants to drive and develop the service business together with us.
