I'm looking for more people to join my amazing team! - Part-time (temporary position) - Extra work as an hourly temp when needed, both scheduled shifts with advance notice and the opportunity to step in with shorter notice Mostly overnight shifts with a few hours of on-call sleeping duty. There may also be shorter shifts to fill gaps in the schedule. It usually works out to combine with studies or remote projects. I'm a 28-year-old woman with a muscle disease and use a wheelchair. I need assistance for most physical activities in my daily life. For me, personal assistance is about enabling me to be independent. I live an active life and have my own apartment in central Nynäshamn. I'm currently studying graphic design and freelancing alongside my studies. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I'm interested in design, interior decoration, beauty, skincare, cooking, music, art, and culture. Your role as an assistant is to compensate for my weak muscles by working in the background and helping me with practical tasks so I can maintain my roles as a friend, colleague, sister, and daughter. Personal assistance is absolutely crucial for me to live the life I want. I'm looking for someone who is reliable, thorough, and service-oriented. You need to be organized and take instructions well. You need to be comfortable with yourself and enjoy your own company. You should be able to go with the flow, adapt to different situations, and be able to switch between high and low energy. It's especially important that you are attentive, flexible, and have a sense of personal integrity. Previous experience with personal assistance is not required—personal chemistry is what matters most.
