Caverion in Karlstad is growing! We have recently won an exciting new assignment and are therefore looking for more service electricians who want to be part of our committed and competent team.
With us, you will work in a varied role where you combine technical expertise with customer contact and problem-solving. You will be an important part in ensuring that our customers' properties and facilities function optimally – every day.
In Värmland Service, you will be part of an operation consisting of approximately 100 employees spread across 9 locations. We work broadly with all of the building's installations. Our employees have specialist expertise in Ventilation, Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, Cooling, Control and Regulation, and more. Our assignments range from service projects to facility management agreements.
As a service electrician with us, you will work broadly in electrical service and building technical systems. You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, work with electrical installations, control and regulation equipment, and smaller projects. You will also maintain close dialogue with our customers and contribute to smooth operations in their business, and sometimes collaborate with colleagues across multiple technical areas. Here you get a varied day with great personal responsibility – but always with the team behind you.
The role also includes:
- Planning your own work
- Performing technical service assignments
- Follow-up and reporting
- Upselling by identifying opportunities, suggesting improvements and updates to technical systems through follow-up reports

Your Background
- You are a trained electrician with a focus on installation/service
- Have several years of experience with independent work in electrical systems
- Enjoy the role of problem-solver and like customer contact
- Are structured, responsible, and curious about new technical solutions
- B-driver's license
