We are now looking for a Service Manager for our facility in Kristinehamn. As Service Manager, you have overall operational responsibility for the workshop. The operations include workshop, spare parts and administration, and you lead an engaged team with a focus on quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You work closely with both customers and employees in daily operations and are responsible for:
Ensuring high productivity and utilization in the workshop
Drive and monitor budget, results and key figures
Create clear goals and structure in the operation
Develop employees and team collaboration
Ensure work environment, quality and customer experience according to our processes
The role involves full personnel responsibility and results responsibility for the unit, which consists of one spare parts coordinator, one customer receptionist and 7 mechanics distributed across two shifts. You report directly to the Service Market Manager.
About You
You have experience with operational leadership and know how to build teams and implement action plans in practice. It is an advantage to have good knowledge of our industry and the aftermarket, but what is important is that you have what it takes to develop the business, can lead people and know how to build strong relationships both within and outside the organization.
We take for granted that you master Swedish in speech and writing and feel comfortable using your English if required. You have good knowledge of MS Office and are an experienced system user. B-class driver's license is a requirement, C-class license is a merit.
